Ashok J.G
CEO and CTO of Binary Spectrum, Ashok Kumar co-founded the company in August 2002. Prior to co-founding Binary Spectrum, Ashok did consulting for corporations like Oracle, IBM, MSN Health and Intel to name a few.
Ashok is responsible for establishing Binary Spectrum's global IT services capabilities. As a result of his leadership, Binary Spectrum has added several companies to its client base.
Ashok has sound experience in analysis, architecture, design, integration and optimization of enterprise solutions in addition to his vast understanding of the HealthCare process optimizations.
Ramesh Muthuragavan
Ramesh is the Executive Vice President, U.S. Operations at Binary Spectrum. He is responsible for all aspects of Binary's business in the U.S. Ramesh has been instrumental in driving the acquisition of major application development and management projects with companies in the US.
Ishaq Quadri
Ishaq is the Delivery Head at Binary Spectrum, responsible for direction, client relationships, portfolio management and supervision of all projects. Starting his career in 1994 after doing masters in computer applications, Ishaq has vast experience on solutions delivery for large global clients in US, Europe, Middle East and South East Asia, on diverse industry segments including retail, logistics and healthcare. Prior to joining Binary Spectrum, he worked with Netkarft (Adea Solutions) where he led various development teams including the one that created generic RFID framework. Ishaq also had a stint with CMC Limited (A TCS Enterprise) in its ports and cargo division as a project / product manager.
Ishaq is a certified PMP from Project Management Institute and has been active on the processes front having played the role of Appraisal Team Member (ATM) for SEI CMMI appraisal. His recent works have been on the RFID front, in creating a generic framework for enterprise implementation and has authored papers on the business process efficiency and implementation approaches for RFID implementation. In his free time he teaches project and requirements management for the SQALE program.
Manjunath Nayak
Manjunath is Director Operations at Binary Spectrum. He is responsible for strategic, tactical planning, infrastructure development, evaluation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the People Function activities in Binary Spectrum. He is also responsible for ensuring that Binary Spectrum talents are motivated, empowered and committed to achieve their goals.
Manjunath is an engineering graduate with specialization in Electronics and Communications and holds post graduation in operations Management. In his earlier roles and assignments in companies like AMD, Intel, Kiethley Instruments, Boston and Vistara, he was a key member of the IT Services delivery team and was responsible for developing, managing and growing relationships with several key customers in multiple geographies.
