| Order tracking can be of two types internal and an external order tracking (EOT) |

| Following is the information required by the order tracking application to process the patient’s test results: |

| External Order Tracking |
| External order tracking enables orders given out of the practice by a provider for re-scheduling or lab analysis. |

| Functionalities |

The System shall keep track of the reason for EOT. |

The System shall also save the relevant info of EOT such as date, time, and the person who assigned the task, the user to whom the task is assigned. |

The System shall enable an interface to connect and share relevant data with the External Service. |
|
|
| An order tracking helps update the test results and progress of the task assigned spontaneously the statuses of the task are updated as pending or completed. |
